After almost a three year hiatus, the all-new redesigned 2017 Honda Ridgeline has returned to the Honda line-up! Last week we received our first all-new 2017 Ridgeline in the Black Edition, which is the highest trim level offered on the new truck. The release of the new Ridgeline has been highly anticipated and with all the new features it has to offer, the Ridgeline is sure to set the bar high in the mid-size truck market.
The New Look:
The all-new Honda Ridgeline has been completely redesigned for the 2017 model year with a three-box profile, which gives it a more rugged and authentic truck like look. The new model also features sleeker, more modern, aerodynamics as well as aggressive aesthetics. Honda has gotten rid of the pillars in the rear that swoop down towards the tailgate, and have also extended the truck bed making it four inches longer and half an inch wider. The added space makes the bed considerably more useful and conventional. The new truck is also much more stylish than its predecessor. Based off of the 2016 Honda Pilot, The Ridgeline features standard Projector-beam halogen headlights with auto on/off as well as LED taillights for added visibility while on the road. Standard on the Ridgeline are 18-inch silver aluminum alloy wheels while the Black Edition comes standard with 18-inch black aluminum-alloy wheels.
